• Username: To identify you as a member of our gym.
• Password Provided by Gym Reception: To authenticate your access to our gym application.

We do not use this information for any other purpose than to provide you with access to our gym application.

Personal and sensitive user data includes, but isn't limited to, personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, device location, health data, and other sensitive device or usage data. If your app handles personal and sensitive user data, then you must:

• Limit the access, collection, use, and sharing of personal and sensitive user data acquired through the app to app and service functionality and policy-conforming purposes reasonably expected by the user.

Our application is NOT accessible to users aged 18 and above. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

To use our gym application, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the application only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

By using our application, you agree not to use it for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to stealing data or using it outside the gym environment.

If your app allows users to create an account, it must also allow users to request for their account to be deleted. Users must have a readily discoverable option to initiate app account deletion from within your app and outside of your app (for example, by visiting your website). When you delete an app account based on a user’s request, you must also delete the user data associated with that app account.
